Falcons Sign Top Pick Sean Weatherspoon

Jay Glazer broke the news and Sean Weatherspoon confirms: the Falcons have agreed to terms with first-rounder Sean Weatherspoon, linebacker from Mizzou.

The Falcons are now the first team in the NFC South to lock up its entire rookie class, and the only team to have all its rookies present for the opening day of training camp.

Meier has shown promise so far, wowing a minicamp audience and earning praise from around the Falcosphere for his stereotypically Caucasian style of play and Matthew McConaughesque grooming.
