2012 Chick-fil-A Bowl odds: LSU favored by 4

The LSU Tigers are currently favored by four points over the Clemson Tigers for the Chick-Fil-A Bowl. How has the line shifted since the opening odds?

The LSU Tigers are currently favored in the Chick-fil-A bowl against the Clemson Tigers by four points in most betting partners of Oddsshark.com. The odds had originally opened up with LSU favored by three points. As for the total points, it opened up at 57 points and has since increased to 58.5 points on most partner sites.

Recent trends for both teams have Clemson going under in four of their last six games. As for LSU, they are 3-6 against the spread in their last nine games. The two teams have faced each other only two other times with LSU winning both contests. The last time these two teams played was the 1996 Peach Bowl when LSU beat Clemson, 10-7.

The Chick-fil-A Bowl will take place on New Year's Eve at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
