Hornets Vs. Hawks Score: Atlanta, New Orleans tied 40-40 at halftime

Despite a bad-shooting first half, the Atlanta Hawks were able to come back and tie the New Orleans Hornets 40-40 at halftime. Atlanta's shooting percentage was hovering under 30 percent for much of the first half before a late run knotted up the score.

Atlanta hit just 32 percent of its shots in the first half and was led by Al Horford and Jeff Teague who finished with seven points each. Josh Smith, Anthony Morrow and Lou Williams each finished the half with six.

Anthony Davis was impressive in the first half leading all scorers with 15 points on 6-7 shooting. Robin Lopez added six points and three rebounds for the Hornets who didn't exactly light up the scoreboard either shooting just 39 percent. New Orleans out rebounded Atlanta 29-17 in the first half.

John Jenkins and Kyle Korver are both sitting this game out. Jenkins has a hand contusion while Korver is getting a routine day off after playing a lot of minutes against Indiana on Tuesday.
