Mavericks Vs. Hawks Final Score: Atlanta cruises to 110-94 win over Dallas

The Atlanta Hawks evened their preseason record at 3-3 after a 110-94 win over the Dallas Mavericks Saturday night at Philips Arena.

The Atlanta Hawks knock off the Dallas Mavericks 110-94 to even their preseason record at 3-3. Atlanta jumped out to a 35-25 lead in the first quarter and was able to maintain that lead throughout. The Hawks hit 46 percent its field goal attempts and out rebounded the Mavericks 50-41.

Seven Hawks players scored in double figures led by Mike Scott's 17 points. Scott hit all six of his free throw attempts and also grabbed four rebounds and handed out two assists. Ivan Johnson finished with 13 points and seven boards while Lou Williams finished with 12 points and six assists. Devin Harris chipped in 11 points while Josh Smith logged a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds.

Rookie Jae Crowder led the Mavericks with 15 points while Vince Carter added 13 off the bench. Jared Cunningham added 10 points for the Mavericks. Dallas shot just 37 percent from the field and compounded that by turning the ball over 19 times.

Al Horford did not return after halftime because of a sore calf. Jeff Teague, Zaza Pachulia and John Jenkins sat out the game with various injuries.

The Hawks will play their final preseason game on Friday in Detroit against the Pistons.
