The Raiders have had two weeks to prepare for the Falcons.
Depending on how the Houston Texans do on Monday night, the Atlanta Falcons could be the only undefeated team in football entering Week 6. But while a trip home to face the Oakland Raiders sounds like the recipe to a 6-0 start, it will present some challenges.
The first of those challenges is that the Oakland Raiders are coming off a bye, and therefore will have two weeks to prepare for Atlanta.
The second is that while Oakland doesn't have the best of defenses, it will present more of a challenge than the last two weeks against the Washington Redskins and Carolina Panthers.
With the way Atlanta's schedule unfolds, a win in Week 6 would have the team feeling more comfortable after its Week 7 bye. Following the bye week, the Falcons play Philadelphia, Dallas, New Orleans and Arizona.
Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. Sunday at the Georgia Dome.
