Hawks Vs. Clippers Score: Atlanta trails Clippers 39-37 at halftime

After a rough and tumble first half, the Atlanta Hawks trail the Los Angeles Clippers 39-37 at halftime. Neither team has been able to find much of an offensive rhythm in the opening half.

Lou Williams leads Atlanta with nine points off the bench at the break. Josh Smith and Al Horford each have eight points. Horford also has four rebounds to lead the team while Jeff Teague handed out four assists.

Chris Paul leads the Clippers at the break with nine points and two assists. Blake Griffin added eight points and three rebounds while former Hawks sixth man Jamal Crawford has five off the bench.

The Clippers hit 46 percent of their shots in the first half while Atlanta managed a 44 percent clip. Los Angeles also has a 20-18 rebounding advantage. The Clippers have nine turnovers in the game while the Hawks turned it over eight times. Atlanta hurt themselves at the free throw line where they were just 1-6 in the first half. Josh Smith is 0-2 from the line and is now 2-12 on the season.
