Louisiana Tech vs. Georgia State final score: Bulldogs rout Panthers, 86-68

Georgia State was no match for Louisiana Tech Friday night, as the Bulldogs won by 18 points.

Three players scored in double-figures for Georgia State, but the Panthers fell at home to Louisiana Tech Friday night, 86-68.

R.J. Hunter led the Panthers (3-4) with 23 points, seven rebounds, four steals and two assists. Devonta White and Manny Atkins added 13 points apiece. White contributed four steals, two rebounds and an assist, and Atkins had nine rebounds, two assists one steal and one block. Aside from Georgia State's three leading scorers, the rest of the team combined for just 19 points.

Raheem Appleby led Louisiana Tech (7-1) with an incredible effort. Appelby put up 34 points, seven rebounds, a steal and an assist. Kenneth Smith chipped in 15 points, six assists, five rebounds and two steals, and Cordarius Johnson had 14 points and four rebounds.

Next up for Georgia State is a road game at Liberty. The Panthers and Flames tip off from Lynchburg, Va., Sunday, Dec. 2 at 3 p.m. ET.
