The 2012 SEC Tournament bracket and schedule has officially become solidified, as the teams will take their talents to New Orleans for four days of action March 8-11.

SEC Standings 2012: Georgia Avoids Last Place In Conference

The Georgia Bulldogs finished in eleventh place in the 2012 SEC standings and will likely face Mississppi State in the first-round of the SEC tournament.

Georgia Vs. South Carolina Final Score: Bulldogs End Season WIth 67-55 Win

The Georgia Bulldogs were able to end their 2011-12 season on a high note as senior guard Gerald Robinson's 23 points in 27 minutes gave the Bulldog faithful a 67-55 victory over the South Carolina Gamecocks on Saturday afternoon.

With the win, the Bulldogs finished their season with a 14-16 overall record including a 5-11 mark in conference play. Georgia will be a No. 10 and will potentially face one of three teams who all have 7-8 conference records in Mississippi State, LSU and Ole Miss.

South Carolina finished their season with the worst record in the SEC and will potentially face either Tennessee or Alabama in the first round of the conference tournament as both teams are tied with 9-6 conference records coming into Saturday's action.

Gerald Robinson has a game-high 13 points in the first half for the Georgia Bulldogs as they lead the South Carolina Gamecocks 30-23 at halftime in each team's regular season finale in Athens, Georgia.

In a low-scoring affair, both teams have struggled to put up points thus far in the Stegeman Coliseum as the Bulldogs held Senior Day. Both teams are shooting under 40% from the field in the first half and are struggling to finish their regular seasons on a high note.

South Carolina has the worst conference record with a 2-13 mark, while Georgia's 4-11 mark isn't much better. Can the two teams build off their 2011-12 seasons and improve in 2012-13? A win in the regular season finale wouldn't be a bad start.
