2012 Masters: First Round Pairings For Thursday Features Tiger Mid-Morning, Mickleson And McIlroy In 1pm Hour

The tradition unlike any other is set to tee of its first round Thursday, with inclement weather likely passed over Augusta National for the time being. The 2012 Masters begins Thursday, with some key pairings to watch:

  1. Tiger Woods tees off at 10:35 a.m. ET with "The Mechanic" Angel Jimenez and 25-year-old rookie Sang Moon Bae.
  2. Phil Mickelson, Hunter Mahan and Peter Hanson are set for a 1:53 p.m. ET tee time, with Mahan coming off of his Shell Houston Open win to complement the headliner Mickelson.
  3. Rory McIlory and Bubba Watson will start just ten minutes prior, paired with Angel Cabrera. Cabrera was paired with McIlroy last year in the final round, when McIlroy collapsed down the stretch.
