The 2012 ACC Baseball Tournament field is set with Georgia Tech capturing the eighth seed in the bracket.
The 2012 ACC Baseball Tournament will be held from Wednesday, May 23 through Sunday, May 27 at NewBridge Bank Park in Greensboro, North Carolina. The tournament will feature the top eight teams in the conference playing in a pool play format where each team will play the other three teams in their division once. The teams with the best record from each pool will advance to the title game on Sunday.
Georgia Tech entered Sunday in a tie with Virginia Tech for the eighth and final spot in the tournament. The Yellow Jackets knocked off Miami 2-1 to secure their spot in the tourney.

Pool A
#1 Florida State
#4 Virginia
#5 Clemson
#8 Georgia Tech
Pool B
#2 North Carolina
#3 NC State
#6 Miami
#7 Wake Forest
The tournament schedule will be announced by noon on Sunday, May 20. The entire tournament will be streamed online via ESPN3. Sunday's championship game will be televised on ESPN2.
