With the 138th Kentucky Derby one day away, let's take a look at the most important part of the race: the participants.
In the below video, SB Nation's Matt Gardner profiles some of the horses, trainers and jockeys you'll be hearing all about on Saturday.
Two horses that are favorites in the race but will have to compete against both the other horses and history are Bodemeister and Hansen.
The most popular jockey Saturday will be Calvin Borel, who has won three of the last five Kentucky Derbys (2007, 2009, 2010). Borel will be riding Take Charge Indy.
