Former Georgia Bulldog Bubba Watson is in danger of missing the cut at the PGA Championship after a pair of disappointing performances in the first couple of rounds. Watson is currently 4-over par in the tournament and shooting +3 on Day Two.
Plus-three scores are currently in the projected cut, so Watson would be good to come up with something through these last four holes. The back end of the course hasn't been kind to the competition, but at this point, it's Bubba's only hope.
Atop the leaderboard is Carl Pettersson with a 6-under par score of 66 through Round One. Rory McIlroy and Gary Woodland are right behind him with 5-under par scores of 67. None of them have teed off just yet.
Tiger Woods is also in contention at 3-under par. John Daly has been a pleasant surprise on the leaderboard as well, currently in a four-way tie for third place with a 4-under par score of 68.
