Braves right hander Tommy Hanson looks like he will be headed back to the Braves rotation soon after pitching four innings in a rehab start at Triple-A Gwinnett.

#Braves Tommy Hanson has allowed 2 hits and 2 walks w/ 3 strikeouts in 4 scoreless innings of today's Triple-A rehab start
No word on what the Braves might do once Hanson is ready to come back off the disabled list. There is a chance that Atlanta could go with a six-man starting rotation in the early going but Kris Medlen could be the odd man out again if they decide to stick with five.
By pitching Sunday, Hanson likely won't be activated before Friday although he is eligible to come off the disabled list on Wednesday.
