The University of Georgia defensive back has appeared on more than his share of preseason award watch lists and All-America teams (Blue Ribbon, Phil Steele, the SEC Media Days media vote), yet he's relegated to an honorable mention in the defensive backs category of SB Nation's Preseason All-America team.

Ahead of Rambo? Two SEC rivals -- Eric Reid of LSU and Johnthan Banks of Mississippi State -- as well as USC's T.J. McDonald and NC State's David Amerson. Joining Rambo on the honorable mentions list: John Boyett of Oregon, Robert Lester of Alabama, Tony Jefferson of Oklahoma and Johnny Adams of Michigan State.
