Three Atlanta Falcons join the injury report.

Joining the walking woozy with the Atlanta Falcons' Akeem Dent are two backups, wide receiver Kevin Cone and defensive tackle Elisha Joseph, according to a tweet from the Atlanta-Journal Constitution's D. Orlando Ledbetter. Cornerback Darrin Walls is also sidelined with a leg injury.

NFL teams are being extra careful about concussions with the league's new protocol on assessing head injuries. The Falcons have been cautious with Dent (whom they're counting on to replace departed starting middle linebacker Curtis Lofton), holding him out of the team's second preseason game against the Bengals. He's since been cleared to play.

It's likely Cone and Joseph will miss this week's preseason tilt as a precaution. The Atlanta Falcons travel to play the Miami Dolphins for their third preseason game on Friday.
