Round Two of the 2012 Barclays tournament has concluded, and Nick Watney and Sergio Garcia are tied for the lead at 8-under. Garcia had the better day, going 3-under in the second round, compared to 2-under for Watney. Garcia was also more consistent, hitting four birdies and only one bogey, while Watney picked up four bogeys but balanced them out with four birdies and an eagle. Tiger Woods looked like he might be in trouble with an early injury, but he was able to post a -2 for the day, good for a tie for seventh place.
Georgia resident Chris Kirk was even on the day, settling at 3-under overall and a tie for 16th place. Fellow Bulldog Bubba Watson had an up-and-down day, posting four birdies and three bogeys to finish 1-under for the day, 2-under for the tournament so far, leaving him in 27th place.
