Champions Bowl 2014: Atlanta Among Cities Sent Request For Proposal

It appears that 10 cities are possible future destinations for the Champions Bowl starting in 2014. This would be the SEC-Big 12 postseason matchup and would be guaranteed a regular spot in the rotation to host national semifinals, possibly an average of once every three years.

You can think of the Champions Bowl sort of like the Rose Bowl, but the issue has been about whether or not these two conferences to get the kind of money the Pac 12 and Big Ten are getting from the Rose Bowl.
