Braves vs. Brewers Score: Atlanta's Offense Disappears In 5-0 Loss

The Braves seem to be in a pattern right now: either score 6+ runs, or barely score at all. It was the latter for Atlanta on Tuesday night, falling to the Brewers by a score of 5-0.

Tim Hudson worked 6.2 innings of four-run ball. He surrendered seven hits and one walk, striking out four. Hudson was sharp until the seventh inning when he seemed to lose command.

Rickie Weeks hit a home run in the first inning to give the Brewers an early 1-0 lead. Jean Segura beat out a fielder's choice to bring home the first run in the seventh inning, which was followed by an RBI-single from Taylor Green and a double from Norichika Aoki. Aramis Ramirez added an insurance run in the eighth with a solo shot of his own.

Atlanta recorded just five hits on the night, two of which were from Andrelton Simmons. No one had an extra-base hit against Marco Estrada, who was brilliant over 6.2 innings of work.

The Braves will look to salvage the series on Wednesday night. It'll be Paul Maholm and Yovani Gallardo on the mound in a 8:10 p.m. ET start.
