Atlanta Falcons cornerbacks Asante Samuel and Chris Owens were both injured in Monday's victory over the Denver Broncos. Who are some other players that were hurt?
The Atlanta Falcons' secondary dealt with a couple of injuries in Monday's 27-21 victory over the Denver Broncos. Cornerback Asante Samuel injured his neck during the game but was able to play through the injury. Fellow cornerback Chris Owens left the game with a concussion in the second half.
Fellow linebacker Robert James had a minor knee injury in the victory and wide receiver Roddy White tweaked his groin muscle. Tackle Tyson Clabo and linebacker Sean Weatherspoon both played in Monday's game, but are still recovering from hip and hamstring injuries respectively.
The Falcons next play the San Diego Chargers at Qualcomm Stadium on Sunday. The game is scheduled for a 4:05 p.m. kick off and will be broadcast on Fox.
