Vanderbilt Vs. Georgia: Dallas Lee May Not Start Saturday

Left guard Dallas Lee might not be fully healthy for the Georgia Bulldogs in time for Saturday's game against the Vanderbilt Commodores, which could lead to the first shift in the starting lineup on Georgia's offensive line on the young season.

Lee, who started seven games at left guard in 2011 before a season-ending leg fracture, sprained his left ankle against Florida Atlantic, but is considered to have a "good chance" of playing in Saturday's matchup. That's playing, not starting, as coach Mark Richt would not confirm Lee would start if ready to play.

The most likely configuration for the Bulldogs in Lee's absence would see them shift Kenarious Gates from left tackle over to Lee's guard spot, where he started nine games last season before shifting to replace second-round draft pick Cordy Glenn. Mark Beard would likely be slide into the left tackle spot vacated by Gates.
