Experts think the Falcons-Chargers game is among the weekend's closest.
The marquee Sunday afternoon matchup between the Atlanta Falcons and San Diego Chargers seems like a toss up to most NFL experts around the web, who are split between which team will emerge from Qualcomm Stadium with a victory.
Over at ESPN, five of their 12 experts picked the Falcons to top the Chargers, while the Accuscore prediction is going with the Chargers during Week 3. Seth Wickersham, whose 22-10 record over two weeks is an ESPN expert-best, picked the Chargers.
The CBSSports.com crew leans slightly more in San Diego's favor, picking the Chargers five times over the Falcons' three. Falcons fans might be encouraged by the fact that the two CBS experts with a pick record better than .500 over the first two weeks -- Will Brinson and Josh Katzowitz -- took the Falcons on Sunday.
And over at Yahoo! Sports, two of their three expert pickers are siding with the Falcons, as Mike Silver and Jason Cole are going with Atlanta.
