Vanderbilt Vs. Georgia Update: Dawgs Up Big After Three Quarters, 48-3

Stay connected for news and updates

The Georgia Bulldogs picked up right where they left off in the third quarter against the Vanderbilt Commodores, scoring two touchdowns to push their lead to 48-3.

Marlon Brown had a big quarter for the Bulldogs, catching a six-yard touchdown pass from Aaron Murray, then catching a 58-yard pass from Murray to set up the Dawgs' second touchdown in less than three minutes.

With less than a minute to go in the quarter, Todd Gurley broke several tackles on his way to a 29-yard touchdown run, his second of the game.

The Vanderbilt offense has yet to capitalize on anything Georgia has given them. The Commodores were finally able to put a drive together towards the end of the third quarter, but the 46-yard attempt went wide left.
