Despite another win last weekend to move to 4-0 on the season, the Georgia Bulldogs fell a spot in the Week 5 edition of the 2012 SB Nation BlogPoll. The Bulldogs are No. 5 a week after being No. 4.
Perhaps more maddening to Bulldogs fans is the fact that they were not one of the seven teams to receive first-place votes. Yet rival and No. 11 Florida received a single first-place vote.
Georgia is one of three SEC teams in the top 5 and one of 5 in the top 11. Alabama is a comfortable No. 1, with 85 first-place votes.
The Bulldogs get another chance to impress voters Saturday when they host SEC East foe Tennessee. The game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. ET and can be seen on CBS. The complete BlogPoll Top 25:
