2012 BMW Championship: Four-Way Tie Atop The Leaderboard After Round One

The opening round of the 2012 BMW Championship has concluded and there is a four-way tie atop the leaderboard. Americans Webb Simpson and Bo Van Pelt, Ireland's Rory McIlroy and Canada's Graham DaLaet all shot a 64 on the day and finished at 8-under par.

Tiger Woods finished the day at 7-under par along with Vijay Singh. Americans Ryan Palmer and Ryan Moore are tied at 6-under par while Jimmy Walker and Zach Johnson round out the top 10 as the two are tied at 5-under par.

The worst finishers of the day were Bryce Molder and William McGirt as the pair shot an opening round 77, good for 5-over par. McGirt bogeyed a third of his 18 holes while Molder connected on eight bogeys on Thursday.
