The Atlanta Dream lost to the Minnesota Lynx in double overtime Friday night, 97-93.

Then it was Atlanta's turn, as they tied it on a driving layup from Angel McCoughtry with three seconds left in the first overtime. But Minnesota would get the last word, pulling ahead in the final minute in double overtime with Candace Wiggins sinking a pair of free throws to seal the victory.

McCoughtry led the Dream in scoring, picking up 30 points, nine rebounds and one assist in 36 minutes off the bench. Lindsey Harding was tops among the starters with 23 points, seven assists and four rebounds.

As a team. Atlanta shot 39.8 percent on field goals and 23.8 percent on three pointers. They were 14-for-16 on free throws. With the loss, the Dream fall to 15-14. They next return home to host the Washington Mystics in a game scheduled for 3 p.m. ET on Sunday.
