The Braves begin another road trip at Coors Field, where Tim Hudson looks for a second start after back surgery that was consistent as his first.
Tim Hudson will go to the hill for his second start since returning to the Braves after back surgery. He went five innings last Sunday, giving up two runs and striking out six to get his first win of the season. The Braves are looking to catch the fire they had in mid-April, having gone 3-4 in their last two series.
Brian McCann suffered no damage to his eye after being accidentally poked by Michael Bourn during a home plate celebration on Wednesday night. It wasn't the reason he sat out Thursday's matinee loss to the Phillies.
