Jones had been sidelined with a leg contusion that he suffered against Tampa Bay. Jones had a rehab stint with Atlanta's Class A affiliate in Rome on Friday and Saturday and is now ready to return to the lineup.
Constanza appeared in 12 games for the Braves and was hitting .250 with no homers and one RBI. Martin Prado returns to action as the everyday left fielder now with Jones back entrenched at third base.
