The Atlanta Braves are in third place in the National League Central Division.

With both the Mets and Braves losing their last two games, the standings in the NL Central division leaves Atlanta a half game behind New York for second place, while sitting four games back of the division leading Washington Nationals, whose pitching staff outmatches just about anyone's in baseball.

You can take a look at the full MLB standings here.

The Philadelphia Phillies are at the bottom of the division, still with out critical pieces like pitcher Roy Halladay, Chase Utley and slugger Ryan Howard. All season, baseball folks have been talking about how it's too soon to count out the Phillies, but with the way the Nationals are pitching and the Mets and Braves not going anywhere, it looks like that time for withholding pre-judgment on the Phillies has come and gone.

Atlanta is off on Monday before facing the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday.
