MLB All-Star Game Final Vote: Chipper Jones, Michael Bourn On The Ballot

Stay connected for news and updates

The Atlanta Braves were snubbed on Sunday when the roster for the 2012 All-Star Game were released, having just Dan Uggla and Craig Kimbrel as representatives on the team. Just one more spot is to be determined for the National League, and it will be decided by fan vote.

The five players up for the final fan vote for the NL: Chipper Jones, Michael Bourn, Bryce Harper, David Freese and Aaron Hill.

For as good as Bourn has been for the Braves this season, you've got to vote for Chipper on this one. It's his final season in baseball and he's been great when healthy.

Harper may grab all of the headlines, but he's 19 years old. He'll get plenty of opportunities to play in the All-Star Game. Chipper won't, and he deserves to be honored in the Mid-Summer Classic.

Here is the link to vote for Chipper.

As they always say: vote early and often, folks.
