A cool moment before the 2012 MLB All-Star Game in Kansas City as Braves third baseman Chipper Jones spoke to his National League teammates in the clubhouse. He emphasized that all the players are equal, noting Bryce Harper's young age and his, well, older age. All in all, a very nice moment. Hopefully it will stay up on YouTube.
