Ben Sheets gave the Braves a shot in the arm on Sunday throwing six innings of shutout baseball in his return to the Major Leagues for the first time in two years. Sheets talked about his long road back following Sunday's win.

Two years removed from major surgery Sheets now feels normal and refreshed and perhaps the Braves are in prime position to take advantage of that.
"I feel like myself. That's one thing I can say I never felt like in Oakland. That's probably kind of the biggest statement I made to people. I feel like myself."
Sheets feeling like himself is probably one of the best things that Atlanta could hear because when he was right he was one of the best pitchers in the majors.
