In this age of fake Twitter accounts, it's understandable that any athlete account without the "verified" checkmark can be questioned. But the Braves have confirmed that the account @RealCJ10 is the real chipper Jones.
In just over nine hours, Jones has tweeted three times and picked up more than 40,000 followers.
Hello all! Yes, the ol man finally got the twitta! Shame on the posers. Thx to all the followers already. No fans like braves fans!

It shouldn't be a surprise that it only took three tweets for Jones to get into hunting.
Jones currently is following five accounts: the Braves, his agency, Mark Bowman of MLB.com, Major League Bowhunter and sports talk host Chris Dimino.
