Falcons QB Matt Ryan and LB Coy Wire drop in on the Bert Show for about ten minutes to discuss Atlanta's season prospects, fantasy football, Atlanta, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Listen here.

Before the Birds showed up, host Bert was hassling Wendy about her mega-homery Falcons fandom (she claims she's about to get a Super Bowl hotel room), as everyone tried to talk Bert out of Falcons bandwagonery.

↵

"The Falcons have as much chance of going to the Super Bowl," Bert says, "as Matt Ryan does of walking through that door right now."

↵

So that happens.

Among other things, Ice details his grown man rage seen on the sideline during the Saints game, when he morphed from a wide-eyed Pennsylvania boy with a Matt Damon/Adam Sandler voice to Will Ferrell in Old School (his joke, not mine). He also points out Atlantans are less appallingly abrasive than Bostonians, which you'll all be shocked to learn.

↵

Showing up as a surprise, of course, is nothing new to Coy Wire. Coy discusses driving like an maniac on 75, meaning he's officially real natural Atlanta.
