The Atlanta Falcons find themselves at 2-3 on the season and two full games behind the New Orleans Saints in the NFC South standings. The Falcons host the 1-4 Carolina Panthers in Week 6.
It is still early in the season, but it is a big week for the NFC South as the top two teams and the bottom two teams both match up against each other in Week 6.
The Atlanta Falcons head into Week 6 of the NFL season with a 2-3 record and in third place in the NFC South. The Falcons are coming off a disappointing 25-14 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night.
Atlanta has the opportunity this week to either even their record or sink further in the standings when they take on the Carolina Panthers and rookie sensation Cam Newton. The Panthers are just 1-4 on the season and dropped a 30-27 decision to the Saints in Week 5.
At 3-2, Tampa Bay will look to bounce back quickly from a 48-3 smashing in Week 5 at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers. The Buccaneers host the New Orleans Saints who are 4-1 and leading the NFC South division. New Orleans has won four straight games since losing in the season opener to Green Bay.
