The Atlanta Falcons win by a score of 23-17 this week over the Tennessee Titans.

The Atlanta Falcons did not move in this weeks' SB Nation's Power Rankings as they still come in at No. 15 this week. SB Nation's Joel Thorman had this to say about the Falcons this week.

15. Atlanta Falcons (6-4, LW: 15): It's hard to figure out the Falcons but they've won four of five (with one overtime loss) so this might be their run.

The Falcons currently sit at No. 11 in this weeks' ESPN poll after their 23-17 victory over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

The Falcons currently sit at 6-4 on the season and trail only the New Orleans Saints (7-3) in the NFC South division by one game. These two teams will meet again the day after Christmas on Monday Night Football in what could determine the NFC South champion.

The Falcons take on the Minnesota Vikings (No. 31) this Sunday at 1pm ET in Atlanta.
