NFL Scores, NFC South Standings: Saints Closing In On Division Crown

The New Orleans Saints can clinch the NFC South division with a victory over the Atlanta Falcons in their Monday night matchup in Week 16.

Dec 19, 2011 - Atlanta Falcons 41 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars 14: Matt Ryan threw for 224 yards and three touchdowns as the Falcons maintained their lead in the wildcard race. 

New Orleans Saints 42  vs. Minnesota Vikings 20: Drew Brees recorded another monster day with 412 yards and five touchdowns as the Saints won their sixth straight game and closed in on the NFC South division title. 

Carolina Panthers 28 vs. Houston Texans 13: Cam Newton threw for two touchdowns as the Panthers ran past the AFC South leading Houston Texans by a score of 28-13. 

Dallas Cowboys 31 vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 15: Tony Romo threw for 249 yards and three touchdowns as the Cowboys jumped back into the NFC playoff picture with a 31-15 victory over the Buccaneers.
