Atlanta Falcons' 2011 NFL Draft Order: Nine Picks And Holding

The Atlanta Falcons currently have nine picks in the 2011 NFL Draft, starting with No. 27 in Thursday night's first round. They're reportedly poking around for interest in a top-10 trade partner, but that's not likely to actually happen. As it stands, they hold their regularly allotted pick in each round, plus a pair of seventh rounders acquired in 2010 trades.

Here's a link to the full draft order for all 32 teams.

In March of last year the Detroit Lions traded a 2010 sixth-round pick and a 2011 seventh-rounder for CB Chris Houston, a move that Falcons fans far and wide hailed. Then in August the team traded OL Quinn Ojinnaka to the New England Patriots for their 2011 seventh, which was likely facilitated by the teams sharing a workout space at Flowery Branch just days prior.

The complete assortment of Atlanta Falcons picks, pending trades and other general mayhem:

Round 1, Pick 27 (27)

Round 2, Pick 27 (59)

Round 3, Pick 27 (91)

Round 4, Pick 27 (124)

Round 5, Pick 27 (158)

Round 6, Pick 27 (192)

Round 7, Pick 7 (210, from Detroit)

Round 7, Pick 26 (229)

Round 7, Pick 27 (230, from New England)

The first round of the 2011 NFL Draft starts at 8 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, April 28, and SB Nation has everything you need to prepare: NFL mock drafts, draft projections, scouting reports, the full NFL draft schedule and more.
