The Atlanta Falcons are likely to let middle linebacker Curtis Lofton go in free agency. The signing of Lofa Tatupu, plus murmurs that the overhauled coaching staff hasn't been impressed with Lofton's pass defense, appears to mean it's Sean Weatherspoon's defense now.
The word on the street is that Lofton could remain in the NFC South:
