Douglas is coming off his best career season, in which he caught 39 passes for 498 yards and one touchdown for the Falcons, and has shown that he can be a solid third receiving option behind Julio Jones and Roddy White. However, the Rams are in need of talented wide receivers to give Sam Bradford somebody to throw to, and if Douglas wants to be a No. 1 or No. 2 receiver, he has a better shot at making it happen in St. Louis than in Atlanta.
