2012 NFL Draft: Atlanta Falcons Have Four Saturday Picks

Stay connected for news and updates

Without a first round pick this year, Mike Smith, Thomas Dimitroff and the Atlanta Falcons need to make the most of their late round picks. The Falcons, though, won't be picking until a bit later in the day on Saturday, as Atlanta is without a fourth round pick -- but the Falcons will pick twice in the fifth round.

The Falcons dealt off their 2012 first and fourth rounders, in addition to 2011 picks, to the Cleveland Browns last year in the blockbuster draft day trade that brought Julio Jones to Atlanta.

The consequence of that trade is being felt now, as the Falcons have been left with few picks in the 2012 draft. Still, the Falcons have four more chances on Saturday to bolster the roster.

Barring any trades, here's where the Falcons will be drafting on Saturday:

Round 5, Pick 22 (157)
Round 5, Pick 29 (164)
Round 6, Pick 22 (192)
Round 7, Pick 42 (249)
