The Atlanta Falcons will be looking for another safety sometime in the near future. James Sanders, who signed with the Falcons after being released by Bill Belichick in New England, has agreed to a contract with the Arizona Cardinals. James Sanders himself broke the news on Twitter.
Its a done deal. See you in the desert! @YounG_HebReW83: So does that mean there's a good chance you gonna be a cardinal???? @JamesSanders36

Sanders played in 15 games with the Falcons last year, registering 41 tackles. Sanders did not force a fumble or record an interception, but he did recover a fumble.
The Falcons will now be shopping for a new backup safety, and will either go through the bargain bin route in free agency, or look to draft a safety in this year's NFL draft.
