2012 Falcons OTAs: Brent Grimes Likely Shifting To Right Corner

There has been little news coming out of Falcons OTAs but a little news has surfaced regarding the team's secondary rotation between Asante Samuel, Brent Grimes and Dunta Robinson. As expected Robinson is transitioning to lining up in the slot and has taken the move well.

Grimes and Samuel were both primarily left cornerbacks last season and have rotated on both sides throughout OTAs. However, by the time the season rolls around it is Grimes that is expected to shift to the right side leaving Samuel on the left.

The talent level is high for all three players and that should give the Falcons plenty of versatility with which to move guys around depending on matchups. This situation will be one of the big storylines with the team when they head into training camp.
