The Atlanta Hawks are one quarter away from a 2-0 start to the 2011-2012 regular season. The Hawks have had an answer for everything Washington has thrown at them and take a 85-64 lead into the fourth quarter.

Joe Johnson leads four Atlanta Hawks players in double figures with 18 points including four threes. Marvin Williams is working on another solid effort with 17 points and seven rebounds. Josh Smith and Jeff Teague have 12 and 11 points respectively.

Nick Young leads the Wizards with 16 points and John Wall has 16 points and six assists. Rashard Lewis has 13 points and JaVale Mcgee has a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds but spent much of the third quarter on the bench with four fouls.
