The Atlanta Hawks will seek refuge on the road from their recent home struggles when they open a five-game road trip against the Los Angeles Lakers Tuesday night.
The Atlanta Hawks open a five-game road trip in Los Angeles where they will take on Kobe Bryant and the Lakers. The road may be a welcome sight for the Hawks who have struggled recently at home where they have lost four of their last five games including Sunday's matchup against the Miami Heat 107-87. Conversely, the Hawks have won four straight road games.
The Lakers have struggled on the road this season but have been extremely good at home especially on the defensive end of the court. Los Angeles is allowing just 85.2 points per game at Staples Center. The Hawks have a 9-5 record on the road this season but that will be tested in Los Angeles where they haven't won in five seasons losing by an average of 17 points.
