The city of Atlanta will be well represented in the 3-Point Shootout during the 2012 NBA All-Star Weekend as the Atlanta Hawks 6-time All-Star Joe Johnson and former Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets alum Anthony Morrow have been selected to compete.
All-Star 3-point contestants include defending champ James Jones and Joe Johnson Ryan Anderson, Mario Chalmers, Kevin Love, Anthony Morrow.

Morrow is currently tied for third in the NBA with 60 three pointers made while shooting 42% from long distance. Joe Johnson is tied for 13th in the NBA with 53 three-pointers made while shooting 36% from deep. This is the first invite for Morrow to the competition, while this is Johnson's third attempt to bring the title to ATL.
