The road weary Atlanta Hawks will finally wrap up their six-game trip Wednesday night against Blake Griffin and the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Atlanta Hawks will wrap up a six-game road trip Wednesday night with a matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers. The Hawks come into the game shorthanded and exhausted after Tuesday's 118-117 overtime loss to the Denver Nuggets. Joe Johnson and Josh Smith carried the load in Denver with Johnson scoring 34 points and Smith accounting for 33 in the loss. Atlanta has lost three of four and are 2-3 on the current road trip.
The Clippers are also struggling having lost 8 of 12 and have fallen behind the Lakers in the Pacific Division standings. LA has currently lost two straight at home and haven't lost three straight at Staples center since the 2010 season.
