The greater Atlanta area hasn't produced a player of a first round caliber this year, nor have the Hawks slumped out of the Eastern Conference's playoff picture and back into the lottery limbo, but the SEC is set to dominate the top end of the 2012 NBA Draft, with Kentucky's Anthony Davis the consensus overall pick by most pundits. There's a strong chance Hawks fans could see Davis on the other side of the court - the three clubs with best statistical shot at the top pick are in the East, and two are in the Southeast Division.
