Josh Smith Injury Update: Atlanta Hawks Forward Out For Game 3, Report Says

Stay connected for news and updates

Atlanta Hawks forward Josh Smith went out of Game 2 against the Boston Celtics with a sprained knee and he won't be back for Game 3, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports. The Hawks are already thin in the front court, missing the likes of center Al Horford due to injury.

The quote says that his knee is just too sore, but suggests that Smith will make an effort to play in Game 4 on Sunday. Smith appeared to have injured his knee after running into Kevin Garnett while battling for position down low.
