Atlanta is off to a 6-0 start but has not been dominant in its last three wins.
The Atlanta Falcons have the best record in football at 6-0 after a narrow 23-20 victory over the Oakland Raiders. Despite having two more wins than any other NFC team, though, the Falcons have not been dominant in their last three games.
Atlanta has defeated the Raiders, Washington Redskins and Carolina Panthers by a total of 12 points.
To be considered the NFL's best team, The Falcoholic believes the Falcons have many flaws to fix.
The last three weeks have been a study in diminishing returns, and it's time to figure out why defenses have been able to force turnovers and mistakes and offenses have been able to probe the weak points in the Falcons' defense.
Despite those issues, the Falcons are in an enviable position with an undefeated record and a bye in Week 7. They will be back in action on Oct. 28 when they travel to Philadelphia to face Michael Vick and the Eagles.
