Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones is still not 100 percent after injuring his hand in Week 3 against the San Diego Chargers.

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones' hand is still not fully healthy after he lacerated it against the San Diego Chargers in Week 3.

Jones hasn't missed any time due to the injury, but he has been limited in his effectiveness. In an interview with Michael Cunningham of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Falcons offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter knows that his hand is affecting his play on the field,

"Absolutely. He still had eight targets. That's a fair number; it just didn't work out. Eight targets and one catch is not a good percentage. Julio's hand is not 100 percent. Credit him for playing and running his routes hard."

Koetter knows that Jones will be more involved in the offense in the coming weeks when he returns to 100 percent,

"But there's no doubt, [as] we've seen him in some earlier games this year, when he's 100 percent he will be even more effective."

Even with Jones limited, the Falcons offense has been one of the best in the NFL. With Jones slowly working his way back to full health, it just gives Matt Ryan another weapon to work with.
